Overview:
The Call Center Representative will report to the Call Center Manager. He or she will be responsible for delivering required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing work. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Sales-driven call center. Candidate will work in a fast-paced, driven & highly rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:
• Successfully complete daily call quotas
• Manage and prioritize daily work load

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• Effective demonstration of sales process, able to identify buying criteria, eliminate objections, and develop solutions to close sales
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

Experienced Electrician

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform troubleshoot electric, electrical distribution equipment, conduit, wiring, and repair, maintain control systems.
  • Manage time, materials, work orders, daily time sheets, and reports for project documentation.

  • Must be able to work independently, maintain accountability of property, including tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
  • Must have Main Panel Upgrade experience

Experienced Solar Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:
Residential Installers work in a team environment installing solar arrays at residential customer’s homes. Installers and their teams ensure accurate and timely solar installations, update Managers on project and specifics, and utilize best installation and safety practices. Residential installers are responsible for ensuring the company’s strategies are always the top priority for all installation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures.
• Read & comprehend building plans for roof & ground mounted arrays.
• Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative mounting equipment etc.
• Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
• Communicate with install team in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and concerns to the best of your ability.
• General Construction work: using hand tools, measuring, leveling, assembling etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous solar installation experience required
• General construction knowledge to include: roofing and carpentry skills. General ladder & scaffolding experience.
• Must be able to have flexible hours, travel to job-sites
• A working knowledge of Uniform Building Code (UBC), local & utility jurisdiction requirements
• Experience complying with OHSA safety requirements and regulations
• Professional appearance, excellent customer service and punctual
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to innovate and improve operations and solve complex problems
• Thrive in a team environment
• Must be able to pass background check, drug test and clean DMV record
Physical Requirements:

• Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions & environments, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Working conditions require being exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
